MAIL THEFT- there has been a reported incidence of theft from a mailbox were a gift card was stolen from mail inside a mailbox. Watch for people peeping in mailboxes and alert the authorities if it's someone you don't know.

ANNUAL GARAGE SALE - Our annual garage sale sponsored by Tony English was a big success.
WATER SUPPLY SHORTAGES - Moulton Niguel Water District has enacted level 2 mandatory water conservation with the goal of reducing water usage by 20%. They are asking that we (homeowners and the association) conserve water and irrigate our lawns only on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday or Sunday.
POOL AREA CHANGES - Renovation of wood patio covers is almost complete. The security system is also being upgraded with new cameras and with digital recording to reduce vandalism. Additional solar pool heaters have also been installed to extend the length of the pool season while reducing utility costs.
INCREASED SECURITY - since security patrols have been beefed up significantly, people have noticed a decrease in after hours activity in the park so we feel it's working. If you have any comments, please feel free to submit them on the contact us form.
Theft Warning - We have been alerted by a homeowner that there is a group walking the community selling magazine subscriptions going by the name "Fresh Start Opportunities" that has stolen checks from that homeowner, laundered the checks and deposited them for magazine subscriptions The O.C. Sherrif's department and our security has been alerted. If you encounter these people in the neighborhood, please call the Sherrif's department immediately. We have no solicitors signs posted at the entrances and they should not be here.
Rolling Hills Signs - The signs have been removed from Westfield & Glennrock due to theft of most of the letters and to prevent further damage to the monument walls. This affects many communities in Laguna Niguel, not just ours. We are reviewing alternative signage that's less prone to theft.
RATS - The rodent population in Rolling Hills has increased recently. If you find that rats and mice have invaded your space, Orange County Vector control will come to your home, do an analysis, make recomendations and set up bait stations where needed. This service is at no cost to the homeowner. For more information, check their website at http://www.ocvcd.org/ . In addition, the board is reviewing its rodent control processes to see where it can be improved.
Board Meetings The Rolling Hills Board of Directors meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at at location to be determined. The Homeowner Forum will begin at 6:00PM.
All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Architectural Meeting
The Architectural meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the pool or member house.
