Welcome to Rolling Hills

Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

Checks Stolen - checks were stolen from outgoing mail left in mailboxes in the morning. Checks were later washed to show much larger amounts and cashed.

Hillsboro Gate - During constructions access through the gate is closed. Please use the Glennrock gate. The Abantes gate is open as an emergency exit. Construction is expected to take until Friday (9/12).

Wallets/Cell Phones Stolen - Wallets and cell phones were taken from parked car inside of a locked garage. Crime always rises during the school summer break season so it's important to not only lock your garage door, but lock the door into your house from the garage and lock your cars.

Water Conservation - we are reviewing bids to improve our slope and park irrigation system to reduce water use and take advantage of rebates from the water company. There are also rebates available to homeowners for the use of smart controllers and synthetic turf - http://www.mwdoc.com/Water_Use_Efficiency.html

Rolling Hills Signs - The signs have been removed from Westfield & Glennrock due to theft of most of the letters and to prevent further damage to the monument walls. This affects many communities in Laguna Niguel, not just ours. We are reviewing alternative signage that's less prone to theft.

RATS - The rodent population in Rolling Hills has increased recently. If you find that rats and mice have invaded your space, Orange County Vector control will come to your home, do an analysis, make recomendations and set up bait stations where needed. This service is at no cost to the homeowner. For more information, check their website at http://www.ocvcd.org/ . In addition, the board is reviewing its rodent control processes to see where it can be improved.
