Vendors that provide regular service at your home will need to apply for a key fob to get into the Westfield gate. For example, landscape service, pool service, cleaning service, babysitters, or any other business that provides services your home on a regular basis. The costs is $20 per key fob.
If a vendor services multiple homes in Rolling Hills, they need only apply once for approval. Vendors that do not have a key fob can use the entry dialer all visitors use to call your phone for admittance.
The form is available by clicking on "Documents" and selecting "Resident Vendor Key Fob Request Form". Fill the form out an send it, along with a check to:

The vendor as well as the homeowner must sign the form.
Currently this only applies to the Westfield gate. If you access your home through a different gate, we will let you know in advance when that will be ready.
